Homeowner
Responsibility of Certain Maintenance/Repair Work
From time to time, homeowners ask board members for
assistance with maintenance and/or repair/replacement
work both inside and outside their units. Our
Association’s governing documents spell out many of
those items that are the Association’s responsibility
and many that are the responsibility of the Homeowner.
The board adopted the document
Homeowner Responsibility of Certain Maintenance/Repair
Work listing the general responsibilities of
homeowners covering common questions that are frequently
asked.
Homeowner Work
Requests
We have instituted a new way to request HOA related work
to be done on or near your residence. Please download
and complete the following form and submit it to a board
member. The board will review it, and if appropriate,
schedule the work to be done.
