We welcome you to our home on the web and encourage you to send  information and pictures to our webmaster for possible inclusion on the site.
Mission Statement
  The Townhomes of Rivermist Homeowners' Association shall be responsible for the general management and supervision of the Gardens of Rivermist Townhome Community. It shall have all of the powers and shall be responsible to perform all of the obligations provided in the Declaration and shall have all powers now or hereafter granted by the General Not-For-Profit Corporation Act of the State of Illinois consistent with the purposes as specified in the Amended and Restated Declaration of Party Wall Rights, Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for the Townhomes of Rivermist Homeowners’ Association. Something to Note...

Association Board Meetings
The next scheduled Board Meeting will be on September 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM, at 574 Katherine Cir. All owners are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Owners gather for friendly banter on Mondays (except board meeting dates) in the common area on Katherine Circle near the gazebo at 4 PM (weather permitting). Bring your own lawn chair and beverage and join us!
