Mission Statement

The Townhomes of Rivermist Homeowners' Association shall be responsible for the general management and supervision of the Gardens of Rivermist Townhome Community. It shall have all of the powers and shall be responsible to perform all of the obligations provided in the Declaration and shall have all powers now or hereafter granted by the General Not-For-Profit Corporation Act of the State of Illinois consistent with the purposes as specified in the Amended and Restated Declaration of Party Wall Rights, Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for the Townhomes of Rivermist Homeowners’ Association. Association Board Meetings
The next scheduled Board Meeting will be on April 13, 2026, at 6:30 PM, at 574 Katherine Cir. There is no scheduled board meeting in March. All owners are invited to attend.
